The Fashion Buyer is the person responsible for purchasing, specifically fashion collections from the showrooms or wholesale outlets of fashion houses or manufacturing companies, and then reselling them in his own outlet or one that has been given to him to manage. This profession is absolutely dynamic, you travel a lot, and you must have two souls: the first oriented toward organization and evaluating the best value for money, the second, creative, open to new trends and identifying what will meet the taste of customers.
The Buyer must be able to manage the available budget over a fairly wide time frame so that purchases can be spread out over the season. For this, it is essential that he or she has a perfect knowledge of textile and material merchandise, fabric design, sartorial construction, fashion design and graphics; he or she must also have some knowledge of production processes and timing, commercial contracting, and budget management techniques. The Fashion Buyer is among the most important professionals in fashion retail, a key area for any self-respecting fashion company and luxury brand.
From the very first day of the course, the student will be closely and exclusively supervised by the instructor and will be able to deal with a very stimulating environment and have a direct and exclusive relationship along with personalized training.
The main requirements for entering the course are the age of majority and a high school diploma of any major.
The Master's Specialization in Fashion Buyer is developed in 60 hours, totally customizable on the basis of the enrollee's availability in agreement with the instructor. The one-to-one mode is characterized by engaging practical and theoretical lessons, which are complemented by the possibility of planning visits to stores and showrooms that will give a plus to the training
